Well, let me start off by admitting the horrid negligence of my journal lately. Sometimes life diverts my craziness to places far beyond the reach of reason...anyhoo, after working solely on commissions for the past year it's time for me to take the creative reigns again. That isn't to say I won't work on anymore commissions, but for a while I've had projects in my head that need to come to fruition! My Little Pony Friendship is Magic has become my latest obsession, so expect to find deviations of that sort in the near future. Well, my story is I've been a Pokefreak for 15 years and between the video games, cards, tv show, and now doll making, it looks like this train is never derailing. I'm so psyched to continue not getting the 'cease and desist' letter from Nintendo/Gamefreak. I suspect they're too busy rolling in the vast mountains of cash Pokemon has earned them over the years to concern themselves with starving artist fans like me... I'm currently open to commissions. I'm also a 25 year old who's been a pokemon freakazoid since the red and blue versions back at the tender age of 12, and during my hiatus from my musical ventures I'm trying my hand at the visual craft. Conveniently enough, I have a relative (who shall remain NAMELESS) who is schooling me in the art of soft sculpture in exchange for fabric and probably to blow it up in my face one day when she needs a favor.
